WATG is hiring a Senior Project Planner for our Singapore office. ROLE The Senior Project Planner is an expert in the full master planning spectrum, from regional strategy, policy and land economics to detailed resort site planning, programming, phasing and yield analysis. The role acts as the primary project driver, responsible for contractual, financial, and delivery outcomes. The Senior Project Planner focuses on regulatory frameworks, infrastructure and development feasibility. RESPONSIBILITIES Develops high-level regional strategies and translates them into implementable master plans Manages project viability, including fee proposals, budgeting, scheduling, and risk mitigation Leads client and stakeholder engagement to align projects with strategic objectives and community needs Oversees the production of planning deliverables (reports, codes, guidelines) and ensures compliance with standards Coordinates multidisciplinary consultant teams from inception through delivery QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in urban planning, urban design, or related field Professional certification preferred Minimum of 15 years of experience in urban design, urban planning, or other related practices Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp Extensive land planning experience, including project management, graphic communication, land-use zoning, and client relationships Excellent graphic skills, including hand-sketch ability, visualization renderings, plans, and document layout Working knowledge of sustainable design and planning Proven project leadership, project management, and resource coordination, with the ability to effectively work in a team environment Ability to manage multiple priorities within established schedules and budgets Excellent written and verbal communication and client presentation skills *Please include a copy of your resume and portfolio to be considered for this position.
