About Luxehouze
Luxehouze is a fast-growing omnichannel luxury marketplace operating across Indonesia and Singapore, serving high-value customers in watches, fashion, and beauty. We operate in an environment where trust, speed and excellence matter, and where outcomes matter more than activity.
We are looking for a Senior QA Analyst, who takes responsibility naturally, thinks in outcomes and wants to build, improve, and scale — not just “execute tasks.”
What Will Be Challenging
Please read this carefully - it’s here to help you self-select.
Expectations are high and visible
Problems may be ambiguous and fast-moving
Priorities can change as the business scales
Feedback is direct and frequent
Performance is measured by results, not intentions
If you require rigid structure, narrow scope, or close supervision to perform well, this environment may not be a good fit.
Responsibilities:
Analyze requirements and create, review, and maintain test cases and test scenarios.
Execute functional, regression, smoke, and cross-browser/responsive testing for web applications.
Identify, document, and track bugs using Jira or a similar defect-management tool.
Perform API testing (e.g., Postman) and validate system integrations when required.
Validate data using basic SQL queries.
Support and contribute to test automation (Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium).
Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to clarify requirements and reproduce issues.
Support UAT and production deployment validation; ensure releases meet acceptance criteria.
Contribute to improving QA processes and documentation.
Requirement & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in software testing / QA, preferably for web applications.
Good understanding of SDLC and STLC, and testing types (functional, regression, smoke, UAT).
Able to write clear, well-structured test cases and bug reports.
Experience with bug-tracking tools (Jira, Trello, or similar).
Experience with API testing (Postman or similar) and basic SQL.
Exposure to automation tools (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium) with basic scripting in JavaScript/TypeScript or similar.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and good communication skills.
