Senior QA Automation Engineer

💰 Compensation

Monthly net base salary: TRY 150,000–200,000 (net, take-home).

📍 Location

This is a fully remote position, open to candidates based anywhere in Türkiye. We work as a remote-first team with regular online collaboration.

We're rebuilding the carrier layer, bringing mobile, landline, and AI phone systems together. Every business number should answer, understand, take action, and follow up.

We're looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to own quality across our product: the mobile app, our web apps, our APIs, real telecom flows, and the AI receptionist that answers our customers' calls. You'll automate everything that can be automated and use AI tools to test faster and deeper than a traditional QA team.

🧭 Experience we're looking for

• 5+ years of professional experience in software QA, including 3+ years writing test automation as a core part of your job.

• Experience owning quality for web and mobile products in a fast-moving team that ships often.

🛠 What you'll work on

• Own the test strategy end to end: what we test, how we test it, and where it runs.

• Build and maintain automated end-to-end tests for our Flutter mobile app (iOS and Android) and our Next.js web apps.

• Automate API and backend tests, including webhooks and asynchronous event flows.

• Test real telecom flows such as calls, SMS/MMS, number porting, and eSIM activation on real devices.

• Build evaluation suites for our AI receptionist: scripted test conversations, regression checks, and quality metrics for voice and text.

• Run the test suites in CI on every change, keep them fast and reliable, and eliminate flaky tests.

• Use AI tools every day to write tests, generate test cases and data, and triage failures faster.

• Do focused exploratory testing before releases and write clear, reproducible bug reports.

• Work closely with engineers and product to catch issues early and raise the quality bar across the team.

🎯 What we're looking for

• Strong coding skills in TypeScript/JavaScript or Python. You treat test code like production code.

• Solid API testing experience (Postman, Bruno, pytest, or similar) and comfort reading logs and backend code to find the root cause.

• Experience running automated tests in CI/CD pipelines.

• Daily, hands-on use of AI coding tools such as Claude Code and Codex, with a clear view of where they help and where they don't.

• A product mindset: you think like a user and care about the details.

• A team player who communicates openly and gives clear, constructive feedback.

• Fluent spoken English is required. You should be comfortable discussing technical decisions and collaborating with the team in English.

✨ Nice to have

• Experience testing voice, VoIP, SMS, or other telecom products.

• Experience testing LLM or voice AI products (evals, prompt regression, conversation testing).

• Performance and load testing (k6, Locust, or similar).

• Accessibility testing.
