Senior Recruiter, Client Delivery - Stakeholder Management (Remote)

Job Description This is a position within Haldren and not with one of its clients. This fully remote role helps scale search execution by improving coordination, documentation quality, and communication cadence across consultants, candidates, and clients. Key Responsibilities • Maintain rigorous documentation and candidate communication to protect experience and compliance • Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation signals, and competitor mapping • Track progress and risks, escalating blockers early and proposing clear mitigation steps • Partner with stakeholders to define role requirements, success outcomes, and assessment approach • Support offer processes, reference checking, and onboarding coordination as needed • Source, screen, and engage candidates using structured interviewing and market mapping Requirements • Experience in recruitment delivery, sourcing, and structured screening • Working knowledge of market mapping and candidate engagement techniques • Ability to manage multiple requisitions or searches without compromising quality • Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional services environment • High attention to detail, with consistent follow-through on deadlines and stakeholder expectations • Comfort working with confidential information and applying sound judgement • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with disciplined time management Benefits • Salary range: 300,000 - 440,000 • Remote work arrangement (South Africa) • Opportunities for professional growth • Flat management structure with direct access to decision-makers. • Open communication environment. • Full medical coverage.
