Was ist Dein Beitrag?

• Du suchst, findest und gewinnst geeignete Spezialist:innen über einschlägige Kanäle

• Du baust Dir ein Netzwerk auf, mit dem du in stetigem Kontakt in Bezug auf unsere Projekte stehst

• Du führst persönliche sowie telefonische Interviews durch, in denen Du die jeweiligen Kandidat:innen betreust und diese von Deinem Projekt überzeugst

• Du tauschst Dich eng mit dem Account Management aus und bist über alle Einzelheiten der Stelle und des Auftraggebers im Bilde

• Du begleitest den kompletten Recruitingprozess von der Erstansprache bis zur Besetzung

Wer bist Du?

• Du verfügst über erste Erfahrung im Recruiting und bist im besten Falle mit der Personaldienstleistung vertraut

• Du begeisterst Dich für die aktive Kandidatensuche und hast Spaß am Führen von telefonischen und persönlichen Interviews

• Du bist eine Persönlichkeit mit Stärken und Schwächen, vor allem aber mit viel Motivation und dem nötigen Selbstbewusstsein im Tagesgeschäft erfolgreich zu sein

• Du bist ein Organisationstalent: Verbindlichkeit, Zeit Management und Prioritäten setzen. Ideal hast Du dies in Deinen vorherigen Positionen bereits unter Beweis gestellt.
