The Role: This is a client-facing 360° recruitment role including business development, account management, and delivery. Ownership of the entire recruitment process, from job vacancy advertising, interviewing, applicant testing, applicant selection, client presentations, and placement. Build candidate relationships through proactive phone calls, face-to-face meetings, and providing market knowledge and advice. Develop market and commercial awareness through research and networking. Guide candidates through the selection, interview, and offer stages. Provide post-placement support to both candidates and clients as required.
