GTM/ Sales/ Marketing Recruitment- Soho- agency recruitment- hybrid 3 days a week in London We need a Senior/Principal Consultant to join our GTM team, focusing on commercial roles within high-growth tech businesses. Open to experience, but something in the commercial world would naturally be ideal. Consistently developing existing relationships with clients. Proactively maximizing business opportunities and increasing market share. Managing a full-cycle recruitment process Appreciates and provides thought leadership to ensure understanding of the relationship between activity and results Managing complex negotiations Working within a team to deliver on both individual and team targets Positively promote the 3Search brand in the market Act as a role model and mentor for new staff, demonstrating values and work ethic while assisting junior recruiters. Supports manager with training, standing in when required, and driving initiatives and company values. What are we looking for: Demonstrated success in delivering against individual revenue targets You have successfully worked as a 360 recruiter in an agency Excellent communication skills and confidence in matching candidates/clients.
