Senior Revenue Operations Systems Analyst
Who we are:
We provide the world's engineers mission-critical intelligence, safeguarding the technology of today and enabling the breakthroughs of tomorrow. Accuris transforms the world's largest repository of standards and supply chain data into AI-driven insights and connected workflows - enabling engineers to work smarter, stay compliant, and innovate faster. Behind every world-changing innovation - there's Accuris - the most trusted intelligence platform for engineers. https://accuristech.com/
The Impact:
As our Senior Revenue Operations Systems Analyst, you will treat our go-to-market tech stack like a product, not a maintenance job. You will own the infrastructure behind Salesforce and every system that touches it - Gong, HubSpot, LeanData, and Cloudingo - and make sure they work as one connected engine. Rather than waiting for a broken workflow to disrupt pipeline, you will be in the data finding what is slow, messy, or about to break, using AI and automation as first-class tools.
Partnering with Sales, IT, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance, you will turn business needs into scalable, intuitive systems and show the business what is possible when we invest in the right processes and bring data into our decisions.
Responsibilities:
- GTM Systems Ownership: Own the GTM technology stack, ensuring Salesforce and adjacent systems (Gong, HubSpot, LeanData, Cloudingo) operate as one connected system - with clean data flows, healthy integrations, and a stack that scales with the business.
- Proactive Analysis & Optimization: Use internal data to investigate gaps, uncover root causes, prioritize areas of greatest impact, and recommend paths forward to optimize GTM processes.
- Requirements & Solution Delivery: Define requirements and partner with Salesforce developers on architecture, testing, and enablement plans for enhancements and projects. Lead cross-functional GTM systems projects end to end - from scoping and technical approach through stakeholder buy-in and a shipped outcome.
- Automation: Build and manage automation workflows that reduce manual work, improve team efficiency, and support commissions, territory management, and data enrichment.
- Data Integrity: Drive data quality across systems, workflows, and reporting through deduplication, standardization, and enforcement of data entry standards.
- Change & Incident Management: Manage incident response with change management, monitoring and alerting automation, and documented processes so knowledge is never siloed.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of business experience, including deep experience in a go-to-market operations role (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, or Revenue Operations) or a forward-deployed role setting up operational flows for GTM clients. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent is preferred.
- Deep Salesforce administration experience - configuration, Flow building, data modeling, and reporting at minimum; Salesforce Administrator certification a plus.
- Experience building and managing modern GTM systems and integrations such as HubSpot, Gong, Sales Navigator, Cloudingo, and LeanData.
- Strong SQL or data analysis skills to investigate data quality issues and build reporting independently, plus experience with BI tools (Looker, Snowflake, Tableau, or similar) beyond native CRM reporting.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to drive priorities from ideation to execution and to prioritize based on business impact rather than inbound requests alone.
- Curious and evidence-driven - you enjoy digging into quantitative and qualitative data to spot gaps, generate solutions, and back decisions with data.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and detail-oriented, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to challenge assumptions and the willingness to support final decisions that go a different direction.
