This is a great opportunity to broaden your career as a senior analyst across risk, assurance and end to end delivery. It could suit someone with strong risk and assurance experience who wants to develop their analytical capability in a delivery environment, or someone from a delivery or analytical background who wants to deepen their understanding of risk and assurance and move into delivery risk. You will grow your expertise while contributing to stronger transformation outcomes and helping Kiwibank deliver on its purpose of Kiwi making Kiwi better off.

Bring clarity to complex portfolio risk. You will lead portfolio level risk reporting and analysis across Kiwibank’s Transformation portfolio, connecting information on delivery risk, programme risk transition states, issue remediation and control uplift. You will identify emerging themes, trends and root causes, translate analysis into clear insights and recommendations, and provide constructive challenge to strengthen risk management practices. You will support governance forums and senior leaders with concise executive commentary, actionable recommendations and evidence-based decision support. You will also build trusted relationships across programme, delivery, business, risk and assurance teams, while supporting proportionate assurance planning and reporting.

For this role we’re looking for a thoughtful and influential senior analyst with risk and/or delivery experience who can turn complex information into clear insight. We would love to hear from you if you have experience in the following:

• Proven experience applying risk management in a change or delivery environment
• Strong understanding of programme delivery, governance and delivery decisions
• Proven analytical and critical thinking across multiple information sources
• Confident in applying sound judgement and prioritising through ambiguity
• Confident in providing constructive challenge and influencing stakeholders
• Strong executive communication, reporting and recommendation skills
• Experienced in building trusted relationships across diverse stakeholder groups
• Proficient in analysing and presenting information using Excel and Power BI
• Proficient in responsibly applying AI, automation and digital tools
