Senior Sales Consultant | 5+ Years Experience

We are looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to join our team as a key contributor responsible for driving revenue, developing client relationships and converting qualified opportunities into long-term business.

This role is designed for a commercially minded professional with 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management or a related field.

You will take ownership of client relationships, develop account strategies, manage the sales pipeline and identify opportunities for revenue growth and client retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.
• Own the sales process from lead qualification through closing.
• Develop account strategies to maximize revenue and client retention.
• Identify and qualify high-value business opportunities.
• Manage and maintain an effective sales pipeline and follow-up system.
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports and progress updates against targets.
• Collaborate with customer support and sales teams to ensure a strong client experience.
• Participate in weekly sales reviews, strategic discussions and professional development sessions.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional experience in sales, business development, account management or a related commercial role.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proven experience managing a sales pipeline and converting opportunities into revenue.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to work independently, make decisions and take ownership of results.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
