About CareScribe
At CareScribe, we build assistive technology that removes barriers for neurodivergent and deaf people. We're recently PE backed and moving from startup to scale-up, growing from a single product to a wider platform and expanding beyond the UK. It's a big moment for us commercially, and this role is a key part of it.
About the role
You'll own new business sales across our B2B markets, finding and winning new accounts from first conversation through to signed contract. Working closely with our Head of Sales, you'll help decide where we focus next, open up opportunities in new markets and verticals, and lead commercial conversations with senior decision-makers.
As our B2B sales approach is still developing, you'll have a real say in how we sell. What you learn in the market will shape where we go next. Success looks like a healthy, well-forecast pipeline, new accounts closed, and steady growth in the size of the deals we win.

What you'll be doing
Winning new business
- Building your own pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound leads
- Running the full sales cycle, from discovery and demos through to negotiation and close
- Working with the Head of Sales to identify and prioritise new markets and accounts
- Keeping an eye on market trends and competitors to spot where we can grow
- Managing complex deals with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
- Negotiating pricing and contract terms that set up long-term partnerships
About you
You'll likely be a great fit if you have:
- A strong track record in B2B new business sales, owning the full cycle from prospecting to close
- Experience selling software or technology, ideally SaaS or a similar subscription or licence-based sale
- Navigated complex buying cycles with multiple stakeholders, building credibility with senior decision-makers
- A consultative approach, understanding what a customer needs and building long-term relationships, not chasing quick wins
- Consistently met or exceeded your sales targets, and can talk through how you did it
- Disciplined pipeline management, with accurate forecasting and a well-kept CRM
- The drive to work independently, spot opportunities and bring ideas to the table without waiting to be asked
- Thrived where priorities shift and roles grow, working closely with other teams and getting stuck in beyond your own patch
- Motivation that comes from the difference our products make, as well as from hitting your numbers
- Sold into education, accessibility or regulated markets such as the public sector
- Helped open up a new market, vertical or customer segment
- Experience running demos, webinars or representing your company at events
