Senior Salesforce Agentforce - 1 year - Remote - Octopus by RTG

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with 6+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and implementation. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise across Salesforce modules, including Agentforce, and a solid background in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), API integrations, and complex data structures.

The role requires someone who can design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions, handle complex technical challenges, maintain high code quality, and contribute to the technical growth of the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and implement Salesforce solutions across different business domains.
• Work with various Salesforce modules and leverage Agentforce capabilities to deliver effective business solutions.
• Develop and maintain custom Salesforce functionalities using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Design, develop, and manage APIs to integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and external systems.
• Design, optimize, and implement efficient SOQL and SOSL queries to handle complex data structures and improve system performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve high-priority technical issues, including critical production incidents, while working under pressure.
• Follow coding best practices and ensure code quality, scalability, maintainability, and performance.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD practices to support reliable development and deployment processes.
• Mentor and support technical team members, sharing knowledge and contributing to their technical development.
• Work within Agile environments, participating in Scrum ceremonies and scaled Agile practices.

• 6+ years of professional experience in Salesforce development.
• Strong experience working with Salesforce modules, particularly Agentforce.
• Proven experience in Salesforce implementation across various business domains; experience in the aviation industry is highly preferred.
• Strong hands-on development experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience designing and developing APIs for integration with third-party applications.
• Strong understanding of SOQL and SOSL, with the ability to design efficient queries for complex data structures.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve high-priority production issues in high-pressure environments.
• Good understanding of coding standards, code quality practices, and CI/CD processes.
• Ability to mentor, guide, and support the technical development of team members.
• Practical experience working in Agile environments, particularly Scrum and Scaled Agile frameworks.
