About the role As a Senior Salesforce Engineer at Montway, you will play a key role in designing and implementing advanced Salesforce solutions that support and drive our business goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape workflows, enhance integrations, and optimize system performance. Key Responsibilities Design and implement workflows, logic, and data architecture within Salesforce to drive efficiency and enhance business operations. Architect and craft integrations between Salesforce and internal/external APIs and data sources. Collaborate with the product team and relevant stakeholders in the process of gathering business, functional, and technical requirements, shaping solutions that align with organizational goals. Drive the selection of appropriate programming approaches, tools, and techniques, ensuring adherence to development standards. Develop robust test plans and execute them meticulously, ensuring the reliability and stability of implemented solutions. Offer third-level support for incident resolution and defect fixing related to Salesforce, leveraging your expertise as a subject matter expert. Perform advanced coding tasks, showcasing your proficiency in Salesforce development. Identify opportunities for process optimization, simplification, and performance enhancement, providing actionable recommendations. Blend well in a team of motivated professionals. What We’re Looking For At least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience to the table, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Commerce Cloud. Proficiency in Salesforce APIs and an interest in implementing best practices in connectivity and integration. Experience developing Lightning components and leveraging out-of-the-box solutions to drive innovation. Demonstrated expertise in APEX programming, LWC, Flows and Web Services, with a focus on practical application. Skilled in integrating and maintaining data synchronization agents, ensuring data integrity across platforms. Familiarity with essential concepts like REST, HTTP, platform events and related technologies, enriching your technical toolkit. Strong command over data types, algorithms, and object-oriented programming principles, enabling you to tackle complex challenges. Proven experience working with relational databases such as MSSQL, MySQL, or Oracle, enhancing your versatility. Responsible and team-oriented person. Ownership mindset and get-hit-done attitude.
