Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce QM Tester with strong expertise in quality assurance, functional testing, SQL, API testing, and data validation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience testing Salesforce platforms, web and mobile applications, and complex data workflows, preferably within the Wealth and Asset Management domain.

The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing test strategies, validating business requirements, performing data integrity checks, managing defects, and collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•

Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts.

•

Develop and execute QA test strategies, test plans, functional tests, regression tests, and end-to-end testing activities.

•

Perform Salesforce, web application, and mobile application testing to validate functionality, usability, and data accuracy.

•

Write and execute complex SQL queries to validate data, investigate discrepancies, and prepare test data using SQL and Oracle databases.

•

Conduct API testing and data testing to validate integrations, data mapping, data transformations, and end-to-end data flows.

•

Validate web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, to support effective functional and UI testing.

•

Manage defects, track testing progress, and maintain QA artifacts using tools such as Jira and Confluence.

•

Perform risk assessments, identify potential quality issues, and recommend improvements to testing processes.

•

Collaborate with business teams, project stakeholders, vendors, developers, and other QA professionals to resolve issues and communicate risks.

•

Work effectively in Agile environments while following SDLC processes, QA standards, and industry best practices.

•

Contribute independently to project deliverables while maintaining clear communication and timely reporting.

Mandatory Skills – Must Have

1.

Quality Assurance & Functional Testing: 8–12 years of experience in SDLC, QA processes, test strategy development, test planning, test case design, execution, regression testing, and defect management.

2.

SQL & Database Testing: Strong hands-on experience writing and executing complex SQL queries for data validation, test data preparation, troubleshooting, and data integrity checks, preferably using Oracle databases.

3.

Salesforce & Application Testing: Practical experience in Salesforce testing, including functional testing of web and mobile applications.

4.

API, Data & Web Technology Testing: Experience in API testing, integration testing, and data validation, with a working understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

5.

Wealth Management Domain & Stakeholder Communication: Knowledge of Wealth and Asset Management processes, Agile methodology, risk assessment, and stakeholder management, with strong communication and independent problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

•

Experience testing Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

•

Exposure to Salesforce Classic and Lightning Experience.

•

Experience with test automation tools such as Perfecto, ACCELQ, or Microsoft Power Automate.

Required Qualifications

8–12 years of relevant QA and software testing experience.

•

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and data validation skills.

•

Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and proactively identify and communicate risks.

•

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

•

Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile project environments.
