Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP AATP Consultant to support a large-scale supply chain and order fulfillment transformation. This role will play a key part in designing and delivering SAP S/4HANA capabilities across order promising, allocation, fulfillment, and planning processes.

The successful candidate will combine strong functional expertise with strategic solution design experience, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to deliver scalable and future-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities



SAP S/4HANA Transformation

• Lead the functional design of SAP S/4HANA AATP solutions within a broader ERP transformation program.

• Define target-state processes and solution architecture for order fulfillment and supply chain execution.

• Support migration activities from legacy ATP environments to SAP S/4HANA AATP.

• Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.
  
  

Functional Leadership

• Act as the subject matter expert for SAP AATP capabilities including:

  • Product Allocation (PAL)

  • Alternative-Based Confirmation (ABC)

  • Backorder Processing (BOP)

  • Supply Protection and Advanced Scheduling

• Drive end-to-end integration across Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Planning functions.

• Provide guidance on system enhancements, custom developments, and extensibility requirements where standard functionality does not meet business needs.
  
  

Business Process Excellence

• Analyse complex supply chain and fulfillment challenges and develop practical solution approaches.

• Facilitate workshops and design sessions with business and IT stakeholders.

• Support testing, deployment, and adoption activities throughout the project lifecycle.

• Promote best practices and knowledge sharing across project teams.
  
  

Required Experience

• Extensive SAP experience with strong expertise in:

  • SAP APO gATP and/or SAP S/4HANA AATP

  • SAP SD

  • Order Fulfillment and Availability Management

  • Supply Chain Execution processes

• Proven experience supporting SAP S/4HANA transformation or migration initiatives.

• Strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts and integration points.

• Experience designing and configuring ATP-related processes in complex global environments.

• Ability to work across both functional and technical teams, including oversight of custom developments and enhancements.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  
  

Highly Desirable

• Experience with OM Partners (OMP) planning solutions and integration with SAP environments.

• Exposure to advanced planning, demand management, or supply planning processes.

• Experience operating within international or multi-site organisations.

• German language skills.

• Comfortable operating at architect level with both business and technical stakeholders.

• Able to navigate ambiguity and drive complex initiatives forward.
