SAP FI/CO Inhouse Consultant (m/f/d) – S/4HANA Landscape

About the Opportunity

On behalf of our client, an international industrial group, we are seeking an experienced SAP FI/CO Inhouse Consultant to join their internal SAP team and work on their international S/4HANA landscape.

This is a chance for an SAP professional who wants to shape solutions rather than simply maintain systems. You will take real ownership of Finance and Controlling processes, developing them together with the group’s subsidiaries. Unlike a consulting role, you won’t move on to the next

client after go-live.

You will stay close to the solutions you implement, see how they perform in practice and keep developing them.

You will work as a trusted partner to Finance, Controlling and key users, making sure FI/CO processes are robust, well designed and fit for the future.

Key Responsibilities

Module Support & Development

• Support and further develop SAP FI and CO within an international S/4HANA landscape
• Analyse and optimise Finance and Controlling processes
• Implement change requests, including customizing, testing and quality assurance

Project & Stream Leadership

• Take functional responsibility in international S/4HANA projects and roll-outs, with the potential to become Stream Lead
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Controlling, key users and related SAP areas

Knowledge Transfer

• Support key users and share knowledge across the organisation

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Several years of hands-on experience with SAP FI and CO
• Very good knowledge of Austrian accounting and financial reporting
• In-depth customizing expertise and a strong understanding of the underlying business processes
• Experience in international SAP projects; S/4HANA experience is an advantage
• Good understanding of related SAP modules and interfaces

• Analytical, structured and solution-oriented approach
• Good German and English skills
• Willingness to travel for projects (approx. 20%)
