Senior SAP QM (Quality Management)

Job Description This is a remote position. KATBOTZ LLC is seeking a Senior SAP QM Consultant to design, configure, and enhance SAP Quality Management solutions within S/4HANA or ECC environments. This role will focus on implementing quality inspection, control, and assurance processes across manufacturing, procurement, and production operations. Candidates may or may not take a lead role but must be capable of independently managing complex quality-related SAP projects. Key Responsibilities Configure SAP QM processes including inspection planning, quality notifications, results recording, and usage decision. Integrate QM with MM, PP, WM/EWM, and SD modules for end-to-end quality processes. Support quality certificates, batch management, and vendor evaluation. Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions. Develop functional specifications for enhancements, reports, and workflows. Perform testing, defect resolution, and go-live support. Recommend process improvements to align with industry best practices and compliance requirements. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field. 10+ years of SAP experience with deep expertise in SAP QM. Strong configuration skills in SAP ECC QM and/or S/4HANA Quality Management. Proven track record of end-to-end SAP QM implementations and support. Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications SAP S/4HANA certification in Quality Management. Experience in regulated industries (pharmaceuticals, food, automotive, etc.). Exposure to digital quality management, IoT-enabled quality checks, and advanced analytics.
