We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Solution Consultant / Architect to support customer engagements and the continued development of our ServiceNow capabilities in Romania.
This is a senior, client-facing role combining ServiceNow solution design, technical delivery and presales responsibilities. You will work closely with customers to understand their business and technical requirements, shape appropriate ServiceNow solutions and support their successful implementation.
Depending on your experience, you may act as a Senior Solution Consultant, Technical Lead or Solution Architect across customer engagements, with the opportunity to further develop towards broader architecture and leadership responsibilities.
Beyond customer delivery, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the growth of our internal ServiceNow community through mentoring, knowledge sharing and occasional training initiatives.
What you'll be doing
- Lead or contribute to ServiceNow customer engagements, from discovery and solution design through implementation and handover.
- Translate business and technical requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions and implementation approaches.
- Design and provide technical guidance for ServiceNow implementations, integrations and platform enhancements.
- Facilitate customer workshops, technical discovery sessions and solution discussions.
- Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Consultants, Project Managers and customer stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Support presales and solutioning activities, including estimations, solution proposals, technical presentations and customer discussions.
- Define integration approaches using APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server and related technologies.
- Review technical designs and complex configurations and provide guidance to development and consulting teams.
- Support architectural decisions, platform governance and the adoption of ServiceNow best practices.
- Contribute to reusable solution patterns, lessons learned and delivery standards.
- Mentor less experienced ServiceNow colleagues and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing, training and capability-building initiatives.
What you’ll bring along
- Strong professional experience working with the ServiceNow platform, ideally in complex enterprise environments.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect, Solution Architect, Technical Architect or Lead ServiceNow Consultant.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, implementation methodologies and governance principles.
- Hands-on experience with several ServiceNow products and modules.
- Strong knowledge of integrations, APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience designing scalable and maintainable ServiceNow solutions.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture and implementation approaches.
- Experience leading technical workshops and communicating architectural decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Nice to have: ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification; ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA); ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD); ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications such as CIS-ITSM, CIS-CSM, CIS-HR, CIS-Discovery, CIS-SPM or similar.
- Experience as a ServiceNow Certified Instructor / Partner Instructor or previous formal trainer experience.
- Experience mentoring or leading ServiceNow technical teams.
- Previous experience in training, mentoring, coaching or technical knowledge transfer.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Very good command of English.
- German language skills would be considered an advantage.
