About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Siebel Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver complex ICT initiatives within a large government environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior project management professional with strong Siebel technical project delivery experience, excellent stakeholder management skills and a proven ability to manage complex technology projects.

You will be responsible for overseeing project delivery, governance, budgets, schedules, risks and issues while coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of complex ICT projects.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Establish and maintain project governance, reporting and documentation.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, business teams and technical vendors.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and contractor resources.
• Provide strategic advice on project priorities, technical solutions and delivery risks.
• Drive organisational change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure projects meet agreed scope, timelines, budget and quality expectations.
• Identify opportunities to improve project management practices and delivery frameworks.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager / Technical Project Manager.
• Strong experience with Siebel / Oracle Siebel / Siebel CRM projects.
• Demonstrated experience delivering complex ICT projects.
• Financial and budget management experience.
• Organisational change management expertise.
• Strong requirements definition and management capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Experience managing technical teams, vendors and project resources.
• Strong project governance, risk and issue management skills.

Desirable Skills

• Australian Government / APS project experience.
• SFIA-aligned project management experience.
• Experience in team leadership and performance management.
• Baseline security clearance or ability to obtain one.

Contract Details

• Initial contract: Up to 12 months.
• Extensions: Up to a maximum of 24 months.
• Expected commencement: 1 January 2027.
• Work locations: Australian capital cities in QLD, ACT, VIC, NSW and SA.
• Initial six weeks onsite, followed by hybrid working arrangements (minimum 3 days onsite per week).
