Senior Software Developer - Solutions & Delivery

We’re looking for a Senior Software Developer who enjoys building software, understanding business needs, and working directly with clients to turn ideas into practical solutions.

This is a hands-on role with opportunities to contribute to solution design, technical proposals, and project delivery. You don’t need to have been a Tech Lead - this could be your next step.

Responsabilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain software solutions, contributing hands-on throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Work with clients to understand their goals, clarify requirements, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Contribute to project estimates and proposals, helping define scope, delivery approaches, and realistic timelines.
• Present technical options clearly and help negotiate trade-offs around scope, cost, time, and quality.
• Support pre-sales discussions through technical input, solution proposals, and demos.
• Identify opportunities to improve or extend client solutions, working with the team to assess their value and feasibility.
• Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to manage dependencies, address risks, and deliver agreed outcomes.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, code reviews, and good development practices.
• Support less experienced developers through feedback and knowledge sharing.
• Explore new technologies, including AI tools and automation, and assess where they can add value.

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with the ability to work independently and take responsibility for delivery.
• Solid experience building and maintaining web applications, including APIs, databases, and integrations.
• A good understanding of software engineering principles, application architecture, and development best practices.
• A pragmatic approach to problem-solving, balancing technical quality with business priorities.
• Strong communication skills and confidence discussing technical topics with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Commercial awareness and an interest in consultative selling: understanding client challenges, recognising opportunities, and contributing to credible proposals.
• Sound judgement and confidence managing expectations, discussing constraints, and challenging assumptions constructively.
• A collaborative mindset, willingness to mentor others, and motivation to grow towards technical leadership.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Nice to have:

• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and technologies such as React, Next.js, or Node.js.
• Previous involvement in client meetings, project estimation, technical proposals, demos, or pre-sales.
• Experience supporting delivery planning or coordinating technical work within a team.
• Practical experience with AI-powered tools, automation, or AI-driven solutions.

• Annual gross salary between 50.000€ - 55.000€, depending on experience and skills.
