Senior Software Engineer

Senior Golang Engineer | Global Payments

UK Remote | London office available

I’m partnering with a fast-growing fintech building a stablecoin-native alternative to traditional business banking.

With fresh funding secured and customer demand accelerating, they’re hiring a Senior Golang Engineer to help expand their platform across global payments, accounts and card products.

Job Responsibilities

• Build backend services in Go to move, settle and account for customer funds.
• Develop integrations across banks, payment networks and blockchain systems.
• Design distributed services that handle failures without compromising payment accuracy.
• Own systems from architecture through deployment, monitoring and scaling.
• Work directly with product and compliance to launch new financial products.

Skills/Experience Required

• Strong Go experience
• Experience building distributed, event-driven systems.
• Good knowledge of databases, messaging, APIs and AWS.
• The initiative to take an open-ended problem and deliver a working solution.

Why This Role/Company?

The business has spent the last few years building its infrastructure. Now, customer adoption is accelerating, and the engineering team is expanding what the platform can do.

You’ll join a small team with substantial ownership over critical systems, direct input into technical decisions and the opportunity to build new products from their earliest stages.
