What you will do

Own quality for a feature at every stage, from the first requirement to release, and help your team deliver with confidence.

• Own the test approach for a feature or workstream end to end, and raise questions early when something is unclear
• Decide what to test, how deeply, and what to automate
• Write test plans and acceptance criteria with analysts and engineers, and challenge requirements that cannot be tested
• Maintain automation that the team trusts and can extend
• Review AI-generated test artifacts and own the call on what is ready to ship
• Coach newer quality engineers through reviews and pairing

What you bring

Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on professional experience in software quality, including 2+ years independently owning the testing of a feature or workstream
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• English proficiency: equivalent to B2 in all four skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing), especially speaking
• AI proficiency: Independent level, meaning you apply AI to hard, ambiguous work, handle safe use of data beyond the stated rules, scale verification to risk, and decide where AI stops, keeping human-in-the-loop oversight even under deadline pressure
