About Fundraise Up

We’re Fundraise Up - a global fundraising platform built to make donating to nonprofits fast, seamless, and accessible to all. Every month, our technology powers tens of millions of dollars in donations across the globe. We focus on innovation that directly impacts results: faster load times, higher conversion rates, global payment support, and accessibility-first design.

Our platform is trusted by many of the world’s leading nonprofits, including UNICEF, the Alzheimer’s Association, and a wide range of global NGOs. With a 4.9/5 rating across top software review platforms, we’re recognized not just for our impact - but for the quality of the product we deliver.

About the Role

Closing the deal is only the beginning. Go-live is when a non-profit actually starts raising more.

As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you take new customers from signed contract to go-live and on to measurable fundraising results. You lead complex implementations, design the technical solution around each organisation’s systems, and advise their teams on how to turn our platform into revenue. You work alongside Sales, Solutions Consultants and Customer Success. Your work decides how quickly a non-profit sees value, and how much more it can raise for its mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own large, complex implementations from kick-off to go-live, managing scope, timelines, stakeholders and risks so that every launch lands on time and customers are happy.
  • Design and build solutions that fit each non-profit’s needs, including CRM and middleware integrations, data flows, web and analytics set-up, and compliance requirements.
  • Solve technical blockers during onboarding with clear, practical recommendations, and build custom solutions where standard set-up is not enough.
  • Activate fundraising channels and run A/B tests, using best practice to help customers raise more, sooner.
  • Partner with Sales, Solutions Consultants and Customer Success on account strategy, so that every hand-off is clean and each implementation supports long-term revenue growth.
  • Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and partners, up to C-level, across both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Bring patterns from the field back to Product, so that customer feedback shapes what we build next.
  • At Fundraise Up, AI is a default tool, not an experimental one. We expect every team member to actively use AI in their day-to-day work, identify where AI can change the shape of problems in their function, and grow their fluency as the tools evolve. In this role, that means using AI to shorten onboarding and accelerate time to value for customers.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven success in implementation, post-sales engineering or solutions consulting at a SaaS company.
  • Hands-on technical depth across middleware (e.g. Zapier), CRM integrations and data management (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot), web analytics and web development.
  • Track record of running enterprise implementations end to end, with several stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Commercial mindset: you connect technical and operational decisions to the revenue they drive.
  • Clear communication and presentation skills with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior executives.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with non-profit technology.
  • Experience migrating non-profit data.
  • Experience designing and running A/B tests on web or donation flows.

You'll Thrive Here If You…

  • Treat go-live as the starting line and measure yourself on what customers raise afterwards.
  • Own projects end to end and don’t wait to be told what’s next.
  • Like solving tricky technical problems, and enjoy explaining the solution in plain language.
  • Stay calm and organised when several implementations need you at once.
  • Give and ask for candid feedback, whether it comes from a customer, a colleague or Product.
  • Keep looking for a faster, smarter way to onboard, and reach for AI first.
  • Keep your ego low and your standards high, and care more about the customer’s result than about who gets the credit.
  • Are energised by
