Senior Staff Engineer, ServiceNow(HRSD,ITSM,SPM)

That's where you come in.oss-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery REQUIREMENTS: Experience: 7+ years in ServiceNow development Strong experience in ServiceNow SPM, CSM, and ITSM modules Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Service Portal and Integrations Strong experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable technical solutions Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration, and customization Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions Experience with Jelly Scripting and AngularJS Experience in developing and maintaining integrations with third-party and enterprise applications Strong understanding of ServiceNow development best practices and governance Experience in component integration testing and troubleshooting Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience in ITOM, GRC, or HRSD modules will be an added advantage ITIL knowledge is preferred RESPONSIBILITIES: Work with global teams to implement and enhance ServiceNow solutions across multiple locations Provide technical expertise for ServiceNow development, primarily within SPM and CSM modules Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow integrations with enterprise applications Understand business requirements and support process standardization through effective platform design Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows Create scalable technical solutions aligned with business objectives and platform best practices Configure and customize ServiceNow using UI Policies, UI Actions, Business Rules, and Client Scripts Develop solutions using Jelly Scripting and AngularJS where required Perform component integration testing and support end-to-end solution validation Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and platform-related issues Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards, governance, and security best practices Participate in design reviews and provide recommendations for platform improvements Support ServiceNow platform upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives Contribute to the successful implementation and adoption of ServiceNow modules across the organization Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
