Job Description ServiceNow Cloud Engineer Job Details Employment Type: Contract Work Mode: Hybrid (2 Days WFH / week) Location: Onsite (PAN India) Total Experience Required: 6+ years Relevant Experience Required: 6+ years in ServiceNow & Cloud Integration Job Summary We are seeking a ServiceNow Cloud Engineer to design, develop, and maintain cloud-based solutions and integrations. The ideal candidate will combine strong platform expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Discovery with hands-on multi-cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) to build robust cloud governance and automation workflows. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow cloud-based solutions, modules (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Catalog), and integrations. Implement and support Cloud Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB data integrity for cloud asset visibility. Integrate ServiceNow with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) using REST APIs, IntegrationHub, and cloud connectors. Develop automated workflows and orchestration using Flow Designer and Automation Engine. Collaborate with infrastructure, DevOps, and security teams on cloud governance, operational support, and release management. Requirements 7+ years of overall IT/HR systems experience. 5+ years of hands-on experience as a practitioner in the Workday Talent and Performance module. Proven expertise in performance reviews, calibrations, and goal template configuration. Strong background in Workday Core HCM and Core Compensation. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
