Senior Strategy Consultant - Bank Finance Transformation (m/f/d)

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll help shape client value propositions, lead strategic initiatives, and support delivery across complex transformation programs. Key responsibilities Lead strategic workstreams in finance transformation programs for banks Translate complex business challenges into innovative solutions and actionable roadmaps Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, delivery, and architecture Support client engagements from early shaping to execution, including C-level interactions Contribute to internal capability building and team development Bring thought leadership on bank steering, KPIs, financial performance and risk management Help define and evolve our finance & risk transformation offering for banking clients Job location Remote-first role based in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, UK, Serbia or Romania. Occasional travel may be required.
