Senior Support Agent

Job brief We are currently seeking a Senior Game Hosting Support Agent with a passion for gaming and a strong knowledge of Minecraft and preferably also ARK, Terraria, Rust, 7DaysToDie, Project Zomboid, Satisfactory, Valheim and Factorio. The ideal candidate will also have experience working with billing systems like WHMCS and knowledge of how to support partners. As a Senior Game Hosting Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support through ticket-based communication and handling billing through WHMCS. You will also be a key member of the partner team, helping to onboard and support new partners. Your main duty will be to assist our customers and partners with any issues they may have with their game servers. The right candidate will be someone who is passionate about gaming and has a deep understanding of the various games listed above. This is a remote position, with no set hours, allowing for a flexible schedule. However, we are looking for someone who is willing to put in the time and effort to help us grow as a company. Responsibilities Assist customers and partners with any issues they may have with their game servers through ticket-based communication. Provide top-notch customer support and troubleshoot technical issues related to the games listed above. Handle billing through WHMCS. Assist in the growth of the company by identifying and reporting potential issues and opportunities for improvement. Be available to work on a flexible schedule, with no set hours. Onboard and support new partners.  Requirements 18 years old or older, exceptions can be made. A passion for gaming and a strong knowledge of Minecraft and preferably also ARK, Terraria, Rust, 7DaysToDie, Project Zomboid, Satisfactory, Valheim and Factorio. Experience working with billing systems like WHMCS. Willingness to put in the time and effort to help the company grow. Good communication skills. Knowledge of Pterodactyl Panel is a plus.
