The Role

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Pakistan and support recruitment delivery across multiple client mandates.

This is a hands-on recruitment role. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing candidates through the recruitment process while working closely with our internal team and clients.

The ideal candidate is commercially aware, highly organized, strong at candidate engagement, and comfortable working across multiple roles and clients at the same time.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple positions and clients
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, and other channels
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
• Conduct initial screening and qualification interviews
• Assess candidates against role requirements and client expectations
• Prepare and present qualified candidates to the recruitment team/client
• Manage candidate communication and follow-ups throughout the process
• Coordinate interviews and support candidates through the hiring process
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment activity records
• Work against recruitment timelines and delivery targets
• Continuously develop and improve sourcing strategies
• Collaborate with the team to understand client requirements and hiring priorities

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruitment experience
• Proven experience sourcing and successfully placing candidates
• Strong LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search skills
• Excellent candidate communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment ability
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly organized and comfortable working independently
• Experience recruiting for GCC/Saudi Arabia is a strong advantage
• Experience recruiting for startups, scale-ups, technology, professional services, or corporate functions is a plus
