For more information, visit www.ShiftKey.pl About the work As a technical recruiter at ShiftKey you will be a recruitment business partner and consultant to the business as a subject matter expert on technical recruiting. You will source and screen qualified candidates to fill positions within Engineering and Product Department. You will use creative strategies to attract talent to join our fast-paced and high growth organization. Join a world class Talent Attraction team! This role is eligible to be hybrid (partially home) or remote. What you'll do... Manage all aspects of a full cycle recruiting process including job intake, sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers for technology roles Build and maintain a high-quality candidate pipeline to source and attract talent as well as help position Shiftkey as an employer of choice Build relationships with stakeholders, serving as their consultant in regards to recruitment, and keeping them constantly informed on hiring progress Continually strategize on how to source high quality talent Continuously improve and iterate on the candidate process as we strive to offer a best-in-class candidate experience Keep abreast of best practices in recruiting, developing new strategies and researching recruiting events to attend as needed in order to fill a pipeline of candidates for current and future job opportunities Assist with other recruiting activities, projects and tasks as assigned Who you are...
