We're looking for a Senior Talent Partner to join our embedded team in Budapest on a 6-month contract , partnering with one of the world's leading international fintech companies. This organisation is transforming the way millions of people and businesses move money across borders through innovative technology, creating a faster, fairer, and more transparent financial experience. This is an opportunity to become a true extension of the business, partnering with engineering and product leaders to attract some of the best talent in the market. What you'll be doing: Own end-to-end recruitment across Tech & Product functions. Partner closely with hiring managers to build hiring strategies and talent pipelines. Proactively source and engage high-calibre technical talent. Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from first conversation through to offer. Use data and market insights to influence hiring decisions. Work collaboratively within a high-performing embedded recruitment team. Continuously improve recruitment processes and hiring outcomes. What we're looking for: 5+ years' experience recruiting within Technology and Product . Proven experience hiring for roles such as Software Engineers, Engineering Managers, Product Managers, Product Designers, Data, Infrastructure or similar technical disciplines. Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills. Experience working in-house or within an RPO/embedded recruitment environment would be highly advantageous. A proactive, consultative approach with excellent sourcing capability. Comfortable working in a fast-moving, scaling business where priorities can evolve quickly.
