With the continuous expansion of the solar parks sector, we are currently seeking a committed Senior Technical Asset Manager - Solar Parks to oversee large-scale solar energy EPC projects (EUR 10M+). Key Responsibilities & Expectations: Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize the performance and lifespan of renewable energy assets. Monitor and analyze asset performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective asset utilization and alignment with business objectives. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety requirements. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate asset performance and recommendations to stakeholders. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve asset management processes. About you: 5+ years of experience in asset management within the renewable energy sector. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and optimize asset performance. Proven track record in developing and implementing asset management strategies. Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and ensure effective asset utilization. Passionate about sustainability and committed to driving positive environmental impact. We offer: Competitive salary range: EUR 4,000- 5,000 gross/ month. Company bonus depending on organizational EBITDA. 28 vacation days for full-time employment.
