We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow HRSD / GBS Technical Consultant to join a global team and work on enterprise-scale HR Service Delivery and shared-service solutions.

🔹 Key Expertise Required:

• ServiceNow HRSD

• HR Case & Knowledge Management

• Employee Center / Employee Center Pro

• Enterprise Onboarding & Transitions

• Lifecycle Events & Employee Journeys

• GBS / Shared Services

• HR Services, COEs, HR Profiles & HR Criteria

• Flow Designer & IntegrationHub

• JavaScript & Glide APIs

• REST/SOAP integrations

• Import Sets & Transform Maps

• ServiceNow Security & Employee Data Privacy

• Reporting, Dashboards & Workspaces

🎯 Mandatory Requirements:

• 8+ years of relevant HR technology, shared-services technology or enterprise application experience

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience

• 3+ years of direct ServiceNow HRSD implementation experience

• Experience delivering at least 2 substantial end-to-end HRSD implementations

• Current ServiceNow HRSD certification, such as CIS – Human Resources or equivalent

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or equivalent application-engineering expertise

• Minimum 3 Certified Implementation Specialist certifications

• Strong experience in ServiceNow architecture, configuration, development and integrations

• Excellent English communication and stakeholder-management skills

• Experience working with senior HR/GBS stakeholders and enterprise architects

⭐ Preferred:

• ServiceNow CTA

• GBS / enterprise shared-service implementation experience

• Experience integrating HRSD with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Payroll, Identity or e-Signature platforms

• Consulting and team leadership experience

🌎 This is a primarily remote global role. The candidate should be comfortable participating in workshops, governance meetings, critical deployments and delivery activities across global time zones.
