For our new Tech Hub in Athens – launched in November 2025 and grown to >25 colleagues since then – we are seeking for you as a (Senior) Technical Product Manager (m/f/d)* in full-time (40 hours).

As Product Manager (f/m/d)* SEO/GEO, you will optimize the organic visibility of Engel & Völkers, a leading real-estate brokerage in Europe, impacting product development across more than 35 countries worldwide. You will be the bridge between our high-caliber engineering squads in Athens and our strategic business leadership in Hamburg.

Tasks that let you grow:

• Website & CMS Vision: Drive and implement strategies and ongoing optimization for our website, in particular regarding SEO/GEO strategies.
• The Athens-Hamburg Nexus: You act as the primary technical liaison and translate high-level business requirements into actionable, high-performance technical specifications for our developers.
• Extend Visibility and Conversion: Develop product plans and roadmaps in close collaboration with Senior Management and in alignment with our business goals and execute them with your team.
• User-Centric Growth: Continuously assess and improve our products’ performance in Google and other AI search interfaces, identifying and realizing growth opportunities.
• Cross-Functional Team: You work closely with Product, Design, Data and Engineering Teams to integrate technical best practices into product development and release cycles.

Are You The Talent We're Looking For?

We are eager to hear from you if you…

• Ηold a degree from a leading Greek or International institution in Electrical & Computer Engineering, Informatics/Computer Science, or Management Science & Technology.
• Ηave 5+ years of experience as a PM in B2B SaaS, FinTech, or PropTech. You have a proven track record of managing complex, large-scale platforms or internal CRM systems.
• Speak "Engineer". You are comfortable navigating API documentation, system integrations, and cloud-native environments. You understand the constraints of a modern tech stack and can hold your own in architectural discussions.
• Don't wait for instructions. You identify bottlenecks, propose solutions, and take full accountability for the "Advance" ecosystem's success.
• Have professional fluency in English. Proficiency in German is a plus, serving as the "cultural glue" between our Athens and Hamburg offices.
