SENIOR TECHNO-FUNCTIONAL LEAD
Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Techno-Functional Lead to bridge the gap between complex technical architectures and critical business objectives within the IT Services sector. In this pivotal role, the incumbent will drive the successful delivery of large-scale programs, leveraging deep expertise in the FMCG and CPG domains to optimize Distributor Management Systems (DMS) and Route-to-Market (RTM) strategies. This position demands a strategic thinker capable of leading cross-functional teams, managing high-level stakeholder relationships, and ensuring seamless system integration while translating business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex technology programs, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and timely execution.
- Facilitate the creation and analysis of Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), conducting thorough fit-gap analyses to identify solution opportunities.
- Architect and oversee system integration initiatives, including precise data mapping and the implementation of robust APIs and web services.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders and customers, serving as the primary point of contact for technical and functional discussions.
- Provide strategic leadership to project teams, fostering a collaborative environment that drives performance and professional growth.
- Apply specialized domain knowledge in FMCG/CPG to refine Distributor Management Systems and enhance Route-to-Market operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure that software solutions meet both functional specifications and performance standards.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum of 12 to 15 years of professional experience within the IT Services industry.
- Proven expertise in working with SQL, APIs, and Web Services for robust data handling and connectivity.
- Strong proficiency in drafting BRD/FRD documents and conducting comprehensive fit-gap analysis.
- Demonstrated experience in system integration projects, including data mapping and interface management.
- Exceptional skills in stakeholder engagement, customer relationship management, and negotiation.
- A track record of successfully leading large-scale programs and managing diverse project teams.
- Deep domain knowledge in the FMCG and CPG sectors, specifically regarding Distributor Management Systems (DMS) and Route-to-Market (RTM) processes.
- Ability to operate within a compensation range of ₹50 LPA, reflecting the seniority and specialized nature of the role.
