Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior Telco Data Modeler who understands Telco source data and designs implementable models, source mappings, and Customer 360 structures.

The role involves designing Telco data models and Customer 360 structures that combine customer, account, service, billing, and usage data.

Must-Have Requirements

1. Telecom Source Data Experience

• Hands-on experience working directly with Telco source systems and their data, including customer, billing, and usage records.

2. Data Modelling and Source-to-Target Mapping

• Experience personally designing logical and physical data models and database schemas.
• Ability to build source-to-target mappings based on business requirements.

3. Customer 360 Modelling

• Experience designing Customer 360 models linking customer, account, subscriber, and service data across multiple sources.
• Ability to define clear identity rules, relationships, and historical data handling.

Nice-to-Have Requirements

• Knowledge of TM Forum SID or equivalent standards.
• CDP platform implementation experience.
