The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join the existing Iryss product and development team.

You will help design and shape the user experience across the Iryss B2C and B2B marketplace platforms, including customer facing storefronts, ecommerce journeys, dashboards, onboarding flows, product management systems, and operational tools.

This role requires strong UI and UX skills with a focus on creating modern, intuitive, and visually polished ecommerce experiences across both web and mobile environments. We are looking for someone with strong visual instincts, proven experience designing ecommerce and marketplace platforms, and the ability to simplify complex workflows into clear and intuitive interfaces.

This is a demanding role within a fast moving product environment and requires someone who is self motivated, organised, and comfortable taking ownership of projects from concept through to implementation. You should be comfortable collaborating closely with developers and product teams throughout the design and implementation process while maintaining a high standard of design quality across the platform.

Responsibilities

• Design ecommerce and dashboard experiences across customer, seller, reseller, and admin environments
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, UI layouts, and UX flows in Figma
• Design clear and intuitive user journeys across complex workflows
• Improve usability, navigation, and consistency across the platform
• Design responsive experiences across both desktop and mobile environments
• Work closely with developers during implementation and refinement
• Review completed features and refine the overall user experience

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of UI/UX design experience
• Strong portfolio showing ecommerce, marketplace, SaaS, or dashboard work
• Advanced Figma skills
• Proven experience designing modern ecommerce or marketplace platforms
• Strong understanding of ecommerce usability, user behaviour, and customer journeys
• Strong understanding of modern ecommerce UI patterns and customer expectations
• Experience designing responsive web and mobile interfaces
• Experience working with design systems and component based UI
• Experience collaborating with React or Next.js development teams
• Strong attention to detail and interface consistency
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
• Ability to work independently and deliver consistently in a fast moving environment
• Fluent English communication skills
