Role Description The Senior Vice President role is a full-time, remote position responsible for leading strategic initiatives and driving business growth within a designated business unit or region. This role oversees key client relationships, provides senior-level guidance on complex transactions, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated financial solutions. The Senior Vice President will monitor market trends, assess risks and opportunities, and contribute to long-range planning and revenue targets. They will mentor team members, support talent development, and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, corporate governance standards, and the group’s overall strategic direction.
Qualifications

• Extensive experience in securities, investment banking, asset management, or related financial services, including senior leadership responsibility.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business strategies, manage P&L, and drive sustainable growth across diverse markets.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, including building and maintaining relationships with institutional clients, regulators, and internal leadership.
• Proficiency in analyzing market trends, financial products, and complex transactions, with sound judgment in risk assessment and decision-making.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with the capacity to influence and collaborate across cultures and time zones.
• Proven track record in leading and developing high-performing teams, fostering inclusion, and supporting professional growth.
• Advanced degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are beneficial.
• Comfort working remotely while maintaining responsiveness, accountability, and effective participation in global, virtual teams.
