Dublin | Hybrid Working | Salary Dependent on Experience
We are hiring for our client, a growing wealth management business seeking a Senior Wealth Manager to join its Dublin team.
This opportunity will suit an experienced adviser who combines strong financial planning expertise with the ability to develop client relationships and generate new business.
You will advise high-net-worth individuals, business owners and professionals across investments, pensions and protection, supported by experienced leadership, investment and operational colleagues.
Build and develop your client portfolio, with a strong focus on relationships, referrals and professional introducers.
Dublin-based with hybrid working, combining office collaboration, client meetings and working from home.
Contribute to a growing business, working closely with experienced wealth management professionals.
As Senior Wealth Manager, you will:
Attract new clients and assets through networking, referrals, professional introducers and proactive business development.
Build relationships with business owners, senior professionals and high-net-worth individuals.
Develop introducer relationships with accountants, solicitors, tax advisers and other professionals.
Deliver tailored financial advice across investments, pensions, retirement planning and protection.
Conduct detailed financial reviews, fact-finds and risk assessments to understand clients' circumstances and objectives.
Manage ongoing client relationships, reviewing recommendations as their needs change.
Collaborate with investment, operations and compliance colleagues to support onboarding and implementation.
Maintain a clear business development pipeline and deliver against agreed commercial objectives.
The position carries a meaningful new-business and asset-growth expectation. Targets will be discussed individually, taking account of experience, joining date and relevant restrictive covenants.
We are interested in speaking with advisers who offer:
Relevant experience in wealth management, private client advice or financial planning.
A track record of attracting clients, generating assets or developing productive introducer relationships.
Experience advising high-net-worth individuals, business owners or professionals.
Strong knowledge of investments, pensions and protection.
QFA qualification, with CFP or other relevant advanced qualifications an advantage.
The confidence to develop business while maintaining high standards of client service and suitable advice.
Strong relationship management skills and the ability to explain financial matters clearly.

Hybrid working from a central Dublin office.
