  • Evaluate allegations involving fraud, corruption, conflicts of interest, harassment, misconduct, regulatory breaches, and other potential violations.
  • Conduct preliminary case assessments to determine credibility, urgency, potential impact, and appropriate investigative action.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and apply need-to-know access controls when handling sensitive case information.
  • Coordinate investigations with authorized compliance, legal, human resources, internal audit, and other relevant functions.

  • Maintain accurate case files, evidence logs, interview notes, decision records, and investigation audit trails.
  • Identify potential conflicts of interest and ensure cases are assigned to independent and appropriately authorized reviewers.
  • Monitor whistleblower protection measures and escalate concerns about retaliation, intimidation, or interference.
  • Ensure cases are handled consistently with organizational policies, applicable UAE legal requirements, and relevant confidentiality obligations.
  • Coordinate referrals to specialized investigators, legal advisers, regulators, or law enforcement where appropriate and authorized.
  • Prepare objective investigation summaries, findings reports, and recommendations supported by documented evidence.
  • Track case progress, outstanding actions, investigation milestones, and closure decisions.
  • Communicate case updates to authorized stakeholders while protecting sensitive information and respecting procedural requirements.
  • Analyze case trends, recurring misconduct patterns, and control weaknesses to identify opportunities for preventive action.
  • Support the development and improvement of whistleblowing policies, case management procedures, investigation protocols, and escalation frameworks.
  • Prepare management reports and anonymized trend analyses on case volumes, resolution timelines, allegation categories, and remediation outcomes.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees and case handlers on reporting channels, confidentiality, ethical conduct, and whistleblower protections.

  • A master's degree or postgraduate qualification in Corporate Governance, Forensic Investigation, Risk Management, or Compliance is an advantage.
  • At least 5–8 years of relevant experience in whistleblowing case management, corporate investigations, ethics and compliance, internal audit, or employee misconduct investigations.
  • Strong understanding of whistleblowing frameworks, investigation principles, case triage, evidence management, and confidentiality requirements.
