  • Ensure compliance with applicable insurance regulations, contractual obligations, and internal claims procedures.
  • Prepare claims performance reports, loss analysis, and management summaries.
  • Identify recurring loss patterns and recommend risk mitigation and claims process improvements.
  • Support audits, disputed claims, litigation preparation, and complex claims investigations.
  • Provide guidance to junior claims specialists and promote consistent claims assessment standards.

  • Significant experience in property insurance claims, loss assessment, or commercial claims management.
  • Strong understanding of property insurance policies, coverage interpretation, exclusions, deductibles, and settlement procedures.
  • Experience reviewing repair estimates, engineering reports, and property damage assessments.
  • Knowledge of construction-related risks, reinstatement costs, and business interruption claims is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with UAE insurance regulations and claims-handling practices is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and insurance claims management systems.

  • Reduction in outstanding claims and processing delays.
  • Compliance with policy terms and regulatory requirements.
  • Quality of claim documentation and audit outcomes.
  • Effectiveness of loss mitigation and dispute resolution.
