What You'll Be Doing

• Manage and continuously improve the Lives Lived Well website.
• Develop and implement SEO strategies that improve search visibility and organic growth.
• Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities to increase website traffic and engagement.
• Optimise website content, metadata, internal linking and page structure.
• Improve website navigation, accessibility and user experience.
• Build and optimise landing pages and conversion pathways.
• Monitor website performance, analytics and search trends.
• Use data and insights to identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement.
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to develop engaging digital content.
• Champion digital best practice, accessibility and innovation.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in SEO, website management, digital optimisation or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and website performance.
• Experience using web analytics and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of content management systems and website publishing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience translating analytics and user behaviour data into actionable recommendations.
• Understanding of website accessibility standards and best-practice digital experiences.

Highly Regarded

• Experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs or similar platforms.
• Experience working within a not-for-profit, health, community services or purpose-driven organisation.
• Experience improving website conversion pathways and user journeys.
