We are looking for an SEO Executive who is passionate about SaaS growth, AI search optimization, and organic traffic generation. Role Overview We are seeking a results-driven SEO Executive to help scale the organic growth of AdEstate AI. The ideal candidate should have experience in SaaS SEO, AI search optimization, and content-driven growth strategies. Your mission is to: Increase organic website traffic Improve AI search visibility and citations (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.) Grow product subscriptions and free trial signups Build topical authority in AI and real estate marketing Key Responsibilities SEO Strategy & Execution Conduct keyword research for SaaS, AI, and real estate marketing niches Develop and execute on-page and technical SEO strategies Optimize website pages, metadata, internal linking, and schema markup Monitor website health and fix SEO issues Content & Topical Authority Create and execute content clusters around: Real Estate Marketing AI in Real Estate Property Advertising Real Estate Lead Generation AI Image Generation Collaborate with content writers to publish SEO-optimized blogs Build topical authority and improve search rankings AI Search Optimization (AEO/GEO) Optimize content for AI search engines and answer engines Increase citations in ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and AI overviews Implement structured data and semantic SEO best practices Monitor AI visibility and brand mentions Link Building & Outreach Acquire high-quality backlinks through outreach and partnerships List the product on SaaS directories and review platforms Identify guest posting and PR opportunities Analytics & Reporting Track KPIs using Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, or SEMrush Analyze traffic, rankings, conversions, and subscriptions Submit weekly/monthly performance reports Required Skills Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and technical SEO Experience with Google Search Console and GA4 Understanding of SaaS SEO strategies Familiarity with AI Search Optimization (AEO/GEO/LLMO) Experience with keyword research tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.) Basic understanding of schema markup and structured data Strong analytical and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience working with SaaS or AI startups Knowledge of real estate industry marketing Familiarity with WordPress or modern CMS platforms Experience in content marketing and link building Understanding of AI-generated content optimization Success Metrics Within the first 3–6 months, you will help us achieve: Increase organic traffic growth Improve AI citations and brand mentions Grow qualified signups and subscriptions Increase keyword rankings for target terms Build strong topical authority in AI-powered real estate marketing Why Join Us?
