Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and analytical Remote SEO Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and executing organic search strategies for VocaDev's internal assets as well as international client websites. You will work closely with our web developers and content creators to drive qualified inbound traffic and top search rankings.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth keyword research, search intent mapping, and competitor gap analyses.
• Plan and execute on-page SEO strategies (metadata, URL architecture, header tagging, internal linking, and schema markup).
• Perform technical SEO audits to detect and resolve crawlability, indexing, site speed, and Core Web Vitals issues on CMS and custom web platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Next.js).
• Build and implement white-hat link acquisition and digital outreach campaigns.
• Monitor organic traffic, keyword positions, and conversions using Google Search Console, GA4, and Ahrefs/SEMrush.
• Collaborate with web designers and developers to maintain search-engine-friendly web architectures.
• Keep track of major search engine algorithm changes and adapt strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of proven hands-on experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
• Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog).
• Solid understanding of Technical SEO, site structure, and Core Web Vitals.
• Familiarity with website platforms like WordPress, Shopify, and basic HTML/CSS.
• Strong written communication skills in English for reporting and team coordination.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
