Remote SEO & Conversion Specialist Outsource Ability, on behalf of our valued client, is seeking an experienced Remote SEO & Conversion Specialist to manage end-to-end SEO strategies, integrating AI and UI/UX insights to optimise content, technical elements, and conversion rates. This role is ideal for a data-driven professional with a proven track record of increasing organic visibility, impressions, and user engagement. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute full-cycle SEO strategies from audit to optimisation and performance monitoring Integrate AI tools to enhance keyword research, content optimisation, and reporting workflows Optimise meta titles, descriptions, headings, internal linking, and schema markup to improve search engine visibility Analyse UI/UX to identify friction points and implement changes that improve user engagement and conversion rates Conduct technical SEO improvements to enhance site speed, crawlability, indexing, and mobile performance Monitor and report on organic traffic, impressions, CTR, and conversion KPIs Collaborate with web, design, and content teams to align SEO, UX, and business goals Apply AI-driven insights for content creation, optimisation, and competitor analysis Platforms & Tools: Google Search Console, GA4, Google Analytics SEO software: SEMrush, SE Ranking, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, MarketMuse, SurferSEO AI tools for SEO content and workflow automation Requirements: Own laptop and reliable high-speed internet connection, reliable backup power supply Proven experience as an SEO specialist with measurable results in organic traffic, impressions, CTR, and conversions Strong technical SEO skills, including schema markup, structured data, and site optimisation Experience in UI/UX analysis and improving conversion rates through site and content optimisations Hands-on experience with AI tools for SEO workflow and content optimisation Proficiency in platforms and tools listed above Data-driven, analytical, and results-oriented Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment Bonus: Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Drupal) Knowledge of content marketing, CRO, and PPC integration with SEO Proven ability to use AI and UX insights to increase site traffic, impressions, and conversion rates
