SEO Specialist | Romania-based | Contract

WebView SEO is hiring a hands-on SEO Specialist to own SEO and AI search strategy for B2B SaaS and ConTech clients. The role is fully remote, contract-based (~40 hours/week), with working hours of 10:00-18:00 CET (Slightly Flexible).

About WebView SEO

We build predictable sales pipelines for B2B SaaS companies, specifically Construction Technology (ConTech) businesses, through strategic SEO and AI search optimization. We help clients stay visible in Google and across LLMs like ChatGPT and Perplexity, combining SEO fundamentals with AI search work to deliver bottom-of-funnel results that move revenue.

The Role

You'll take ownership of client strategies and execution, working directly with B2B SaaS clients to drive measurable SQL growth through traditional and AI-powered search. You'll have significant autonomy and the chance to work on emerging search technologies while applying the fundamentals that drive business results.

• Contractor position (~40 hours/week), fully remote
• Based in Romania, working 10:00-18:00 CET with some flexibility
• Compensation: USD $24,000-$30,000 per year, subject to experience, paid in USD by wire transfer (or similar)

What You'll Do

• Analyze and optimize client visibility across Google and LLMs (ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI Overviews, etc.)
• Develop and execute SEO strategies and content calendars for B2B SaaS clients
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and SEO audits
• Optimize on-page SEO, manage link-building initiatives, and track performance
• Make strategic decisions and own client outcomes
• Stay current on algorithm updates and AI search developments
• Work directly with clients to grow traffic, rankings, and SQLs

Required

• Currently living in Romania with the legal right to work as an independent contractor
• 3-5 years of hands-on SEO experience with proven results
• Strong SEO fundamentals: keyword research, technical SEO, link building, on-page optimization
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools
• Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail
• Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and makes strategic decisions independently
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Reliable and eager to keep learning

• Experience with B2B SaaS or ConTech companies
• Familiarity with AI search optimization or LLM visibility tracking
• Understanding of B2B buying cycles and SQL-focused marketing
