Joining an expanding regional team, you will manage a varied caseload of serious injury matters with significant decision-making autonomy. You will also collaborate alongside experienced senior lawyers on catastrophic, high-profile claims, offering you clear professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of a caseload, giving you complete autonomy over case strategy and day-to-day file progression.
  • Collaborate directly on complex catastrophic injury matters involving severe brain, spinal, and fatal injuries, deepening your technical exposure to high-value and high-profile litigation.
  • Deliver dedicated client care through regular personal contact and face-to-face visits, strengthening your advisory skills on sensitive, life-changing cases.
  • Drive litigation strategy, court timetable management, and quantum valuations, sharpening your negotiation skills and technical advocacy as you progress files toward settlement.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX), ideally with 4 or more years of PQE.
  • Demonstrated experience managing a caseload with exposure to higher-value or complex personal injury claims.
  • Solid litigation background with a sound practical grasp of court procedures, limitation management, and Civil Procedure Rules.
