You will serve as the escalation point for the more complex issues that the service desk team encounters. Key Responsibilities: Provide second-level support to end users, troubleshooting software, hardware, and network-related issues. Resolve escalated tickets from junior service desk engineers. Configure and maintain user accounts, permissions, and settings in Active Directory and other system management tools. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure systems are secure and functioning properly. Document troubleshooting processes and develop standard operating procedures. Requirements: Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux, Mac), networking concepts, and hardware troubleshooting. Experience with ticketing systems and managing user accounts via Active Directory. Familiarity with common IT security practices and troubleshooting methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills. Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field, with 2-3 years of experience in IT support or service desk roles.
