De functie?

Je bent samen met je collega’s verantwoordelijk voor de inspecties, reparaties en het predictief onderhoud van tandwielkasten voor industriële toepassingen. De storingsanalyse (trillingsmetingen, laseruitlijning, enz) en herstellingen vinden eveneens plaats op locatie en dit wereldwijd.

Bovendien ben je het gezicht van de firma en de aanspreekpersoon tijdens dergelijke interventies. Na interventies probeer je de klanten ook te stimuleren om inspecties van tandwielkasten ook door HIT te laten doen en om kritische reserveonderdelen aan te kopen.

Verder meld je bepaalde commercieel interessante opportuniteiten aan de sales vertegenwoordiger verantwoordelijk voor de regio waarin de klant is gevestigd.

De ideale kandidaat?

• Je kan zelfstandig en veilig werken in een industriële omgeving.

• Je hebt een grondige kennis van mechanica, bijkomende kennis van elektriciteit is een troef.

• Je hebt een grote interesse voor het oplossen van mechanische problemen en vraagstukken. Je houdt dus wel van een uitdaging.

• Je bent iemand die zich wil verdiepen in het uitvoeren van trillingsanalyse en een eerste analyse te maken.

• Je bent bereid tot frequente en langdurige verplaatsingen in binnen- en buitenland. Tijdsverdeling tussen interne (onze werkplaats in Edegem) en externe (op locatie bij de klant) werkzaamheden kan men best inschatten op 30/70.

• Je bent bereid om mee in te stappen in een 24h wachtdienstsysteem (ongeveer 1 week per maand).

• Ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie is een pluspunt.

• Je kan vlot werken met de PC of tablet.

• Goede kennis van Engels is vereist. Basiskennis Frans of Duits is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.

• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en je bent commercieel ingesteld

• Behaalde je een diploma TSO of Bachelor (elektro)mechanica, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring?

• Ervaring in het werken met een rolbrug en hijsgereedschappen is een pluspunt.

• Werk je nauwgezet en kwaliteitsgericht?

• Ben je een teamplayer?

• Volg je de veiligheidsrichtlijnen nauwkeurig op en gebruik je waar nodig persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen (PBM’s)?

Work-life balance vinden we belangrijk. Daarom bestaat ons vakantieplan uit 31 vakantiedagen (20 wettelijke + 9 ADV dagen + 16 CAO uren). Per 5 jaar anciënniteit wordt 1 extra vakantiedag toegekend. Werken doen we in een 38,5-uren week.
