Right now, we are looking for a Servicedesk to integrate our Talent team.

Your responsibilities include:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering ;
  
• Technical qualification in IT, Computer Science, Application Development or a related field.
  
• Experience: 1 to 2 years.
  
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
  
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with a high sense of responsibility.
  
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills, ability to work independently, and a proactive attitude.
  
• Experience with Windows, macOS and Linux operating systems, including advanced installation and configuration (preferred).
  

You must have:

• Hardware and peripherals installation and setup.
  
• Configuration of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Apple Mail, OneDrive and Google Drive.
  
• Experience with Remote Desktop.
  
• Microsoft Office administration and management.
  
• Network configuration and virtualization.
  
• Active Directory management.
