Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect with strong expertise in designing and delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, and CSM. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, SSO, SAML, LDAP, middleware, and third-party integrations. Strong knowledge of CSM, CSDM, and Service Management best practices is required.
